Our shop regularly machines a broad range of materials including aluminum, 300 series stainless, tool steels, and pre-hardened alloy steels such as 4140. Our background also includes experience with more demanding materials such as Nitronic 50 and titanium for applications that require it.
We manufacture precision tooling and custom assembly devices for demanding industrial and pharmaceutical applications.
Manufacturing & Short-Run Work
We provide full-service contracting to manufacture parts from raw stock, or perform precision secondary operations on pre-machined components. We specialize in prototype and short-run production, from a single piece through small batches with no minimum order.
Our background includes journeyman mold-making expertise, allowing us to support regional tool and mold shops with precision cavity and core machining.
CAD/CAM & Digital Workflow
In-house CAD/CAM capabilities utilizing Kubotek KeyCreator and Autodesk Fusion 360 let us transition seamlessly from traditional paper blueprints directly to execution.
We work natively with your digital engineering files, accepting .STEP and .IGS formats for rapid, accurate part programming and quoting.
